If your loved one does not already have a PrisonMail mailbox, you or another friend or family member will need to become a SPONSOR. A sponsor is an individual who is responsible for the administration of and payment for a PrisonMail mailbox. A sponsor can write messages just like a regular member but can also invite and approve new members.
